CSR Initiatives

At Eldeco Group, building goes beyond spaces—it extends to communities. From setting up crèches for workers’ children to driving impactful initiatives through Eldeco Care, we actively support neighbouring villages with essential services and social welfare efforts. Rooted in compassion and responsibility, our mission is to nurture stronger communities and create a lasting, positive social footprint.
Eldeco Care runs dedicated crèches at active construction sites, providing free meals, hygiene education, and early learning to children of labourers — nurturing young minds where it matters most.
Residents are encouraged to separate waste at the source, with organic waste converted to compost and recyclable materials repurposed — fostering sustainable living within communities.
Eldeco Care extends aid to neighbouring villages with essential services like ambulances, drinking water, and community facilities — strengthening well‑being beyond the project boundaries.
Through various drives like hygiene training, nutritional awareness, and clean‑environment efforts, Eldeco Care inspires healthier, more informed neighbourhoods.
Eldeco Care runs crèches at construction sites, providing free meals, hygiene education, and early learning for children of construction labourers. With more than 500 children enrolled across various cities, we nurture young minds, offering them a bright future.
Eldeco Care has implemented an environment-friendly waste management system in various projects, segregating waste into biodegradable and non-biodegradable categories. This ensures efficient recycling and conversion of organic waste into manure, reducing landfill impact.
Residents are provided with 2 bins for segregating waste into organic and non-organic categories. Organic waste is processed using Organic Waste Converters (OWC), and non-organic waste is recycled. The compost generated is used for maintaining greenery within the community.
We have installed Sewerage Treatment Plants (STP) to recycle wastewater for gardening and construction purposes, reducing reliance on groundwater. Additionally, rainwater harvesting systems are integrated across Eldeco developments, helping recharge the groundwater table.
Eldeco uses solar power to heat water in townships and group housing projects, reducing energy bills by up to 15%. We are expanding this initiative with solar panels for street lighting and common areas, contributing to sustainable energy practices.
