The Group is professionally managed under the leadership of Pankaj Bajaj. He is the Chairman and Managing Director of EHIL and also the Managing Director of EIPL. He is a graduate from the Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. With over 20 years of experience in construction and real estate development. Pankaj has driven the growth of the group from a small regional company to a group with operations in multiple cities and verticals. He has served CREDAI (Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Association of India) in multiple capacities including many terms as President of the CREDAI NCR.

Manish Jaiswal

CEO, Eldeco Group

Manish Jaiswal is the Chief Executive Officer at Eldeco Group. He has completed his post-graduation in management from IIM Calcutta and engineering from NSIT, Delhi University. He possesses more than two decades of leadership experience in real estate with strong focus on driving business growth through team building, strategy planning, land acquisition, funding, product concepts, brand building and high intensity sales. He has worked in firms like TCS, Unitech, M3M, Lotus Greens and Tribeca over the years. He joined Eldeco Group in February 2021 as Group COO and has been played pivotal role in driving group’s revenue and business growth over the years. Before joining Eldeco Group, he was in CEO role at Tribeca leading Trump branded developments.

Navdeep Sharma

COO, Eldeco Infrastructure & Properties Ltd.

Navdeep Sharma holds a Masters degree from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom. With over 18 years of rich experience, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills while leading operations, construction management, business development and strategy during his past assignments.

Navdeep's journey in the real estate sector is marked by his long tenure at the Shalimar Group, where he served for more than a decade and rose to the position of their CEO before joining Eldeco in 2025. He also spearheaded the real estate vertical at the Gallant Group as their CEO for 2 years, where he led the division and established the entire real estate vertical from ground up.

Shrikant Jajodia

Director

Shrikant Jajodia has completed his schooling from the Modern School, New Delhi and received an Honours degree in Commerce from Delhi University. He returned from Boston University with a Master’s degree in Management and has 32 years of work experience with national and multinational companies ranging from Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, Telecom and FMCG like Max India Ltd., and GTC Industries.

He also worked with Dalmia Group and Allied Domecq PLC before joining Eldeco. Since joining the Eldeco Group in 2003, Shrikant has headed and executed multiple projects. He currently heads the Group’s operations in Punjab and Kanpur

S K Jaggi

COO, Eldeco Housing and Industries Ltd.

Surendra Kumar Jaggi is the Chief Operating Officer at EHIL. He completed his Post-Graduation from Kanpur University and holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Sales & Marketing Management. He has also attended the IIMB-CREDAI Business Leadership Programme. S. K. Jaggi holds more than 30 years of work experience in real estate development having previously worked at Ansal Housing, Eldeco Infrastructure, Ansal API and Emaar MGF in various capacities.

Amar Kapoor

CEO, Terra Grande (Luxury Vacation Homes)

Amar Kapoor is a BA Hons in Finance from Regents Business School, London and pursued the Harvard Business School Executive Program in Real Estate Strategies. Over the span of 12 years, he gathered a broad spectrum experience in real estate development, from inception to fruition, spanning land acquisition, project development, management, and sales. At Eldeco, he heads Terra Grande-the luxury vacation homes vertical.
